The weighted oscillator strengths (gf) and the lifetimes presented in this work were carried out in a multi configuration Hartree-Fock relativistic (HFR) approach. In this calculation, the electrostatic parameters were optimized by a least-squares procedure, in order to improve the adjustment to experimental energy levels. This method produces gf-values that are in better agreement with intensity observations and lifetime values that are closer to the experimental ones. * = 103(12)keV and the decay time of 193(1)s have been obtained from a single stored fully ionized 125m

In the neutron deficient isotopes 104,105In lifetimes of high spin states in the range from 0.5 ps to 600 ps have been measured in a coincidence recoil distance Doppler
shift (RDDS) experiment. By combining the Doppler shift attenuation (DSA) and RDDS methods at few μm flight distances, the
problem of delayed feeding has been avoided and very short lifetimes in the range 0.5–0.8 ps have been determined. Shell model
calculations with strong restrictions for the neutron orbitals reveal good agreement with experimental level energies and
still fair agreement for most measured B(M1) and B(E2) values.

A search for new isomers of nanosecond lifetimes were carried out in 153Eu via the 150Nd(7Li,xnγ) reaction. The single particle angular momentum alignment and dynamical moment of inertia estimated from the experimental
data indicate a configuration change at rotational energy ħω∼ 0.30 MeV. A decrease of B(E2) values is also observed at the
same frequency. An isomeric level is identified at an excitation energy of 3100 keV (Jπ=35/2−) which corresponds to this frequency. The lifetime of the level is found to be 8.6 ± 1.3 nanosecond.

High-spin states in 181Ta have been studied via the 176Yb(11B,α2n) reaction at 52 MeV using the PEX array and at 57 MeV using the NORDBALL array, with α-particle detection. The previously
known, Kπ=(7/2)+ ground state band and Kπ=(9/2)− band have been extended to spins (29/2)+ and (31/2)−, respectively. Two new one-quasiparticle bands, the Kπ=(5/2)+ band built on the known (5/2)+ isomer and a Kπ=((1/2)−) band have been observed. Two other rotational bands with three-quasiparticle structure, Kπ=(15/2)− and ((19/2)+ with π(7/2)[404]ν2(1/2)[510](9/2)[624] and π(9/2)[514]ν2(1/2)[510](9/2)[624] configurations, respectively, have been newly observed. The half-life of the Kπ=((19/2)+) bandhead which decays to the head of the (15/2)− band has been measured to be 140(36) ns. However, transitions from the ((19/2)+) state to the (15/2)− band have not been observed.

Emission and absorption polarization spectra as well as emission lifetimes between room temperature and 5 °K have been measured of [Cr urea6]X3 single crystals, where X stands for ClO
4
–
, J–, NO
3
–
, Br–, Cl–, F–, and X3 for JSO
4
3–
. The strong temperature dependence of the fluorescence/phosphorescence-ratios, and of the emission lifetimes is discussed. The differences between the spectra as well as the emission lifetimes of the various salts can be attributed to an anion dependent trigonal perturbation.

We synthesized some novel rigid NLO‐active maleimide copolymers bearing DR‐1 moieties ( PMPD , PHSD and PHND ). All copolymers exhibited high Tg's (190~197 °C), good solubilities for common solvents and excellent film‐forming properties. Dependence of film thickness on the d33 value for the poled copolymer films induced by corona poling was investigated and it was demonstrated that in less than thickness of 0.3 µm decrease of the thickness gives rise to remarkable increase in the d33 value. The poled copolymer films exhibited large d33 values (270 × 10?9 esu (film thickness 0.13 µm) for PMPD , 290 × 10?9 esu (0.12 µm) for PHSD and 350 × 10?9 esu (0.08 µm) for PHND ) as well as large r33 values (51.0 pmV?1 for PMPD and 60.4 pmV?1 for PHND ) which are significantly large compared to the value of LiNbO3 (31 pmV?1) as a typical EO material. The d33 values of the poled copolymers were kept constant even after standing 1000h at 80 °C, although a small decrease was observed at an initial stage. Further, the d33 values did not change up to ca. 123 °C upon heating at the rate of 10 °C/min in all cases. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Abstract Fluorescence spectra and lifetimes of ovalbumin labeled with a variety of fluorescent reagents have been measured. The peak positions of the emission spectrum and the long wavelength band of the excitation spectrum as well as the fluorescence lifetimes, are tabulated. Heterogeneity of binding sites is shown by the broadness of some emisison spectra and the presence of multiexponential decay. The atlas may serve as a guide to the properties of these dyes attached to proteins in general. 相似文献

We report the results of a systematic analysis of the existence and stability of spatiotemporal (two-dimensional) solitons (STSs) in the model of a planar waveguide with the intrinsic χ(2) nonlinearity. Fundamental obstacles to the creation of STSs under physically realistic conditions are the normal sign of the group-velocity dispersion (GVD) at the second harmonic (SH), and the significant group-velocity mismatch (GVM) between the SH and fundamental-frequency (FF) components. To construct STS solutions in a numerical form, we adjust the iterative method, which was recently used for finding temporal (one-dimensional) χ(2) solitons in a similar setting. We identify effective existence borders for the STSs, within which the energy loss to the generation of extended “tails” in the SH component (due to the normal sign of the GVD) is negligible. It is demonstrated that the existence region can be made much broader by means of the GVD-management and GVM-management techniques. We also explore interactions between the STSs, and find robust two-soliton bound states, with a moderate separation in the longitudinal (temporal) direction. We report the observation of light filaments produced by a picosecond laser pulse in the visible. The pulse trapped in the
filamentary mode experiences large-scale self-phase modulation, with almost 100-fold spectral broadening along with apparent
shortening of the leading edge. Spatial-temporal properties of the light filament reveal rather complex propagation dynamics.
